Health & Food Safety

Safegard is our food safety and environmental management business. With expertise covering some 2500 catering locations, we ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. As part of our catering production procedures we ensure, where possible, that all food is freshly cooked for immediate consumption thus maintaining nutritional content. Furthermore, Safegard actively monitors Sodexo food safety standards to ensure we are compliant with all current and impending legislation.

On an annual basis all our operating staff are issued each with a copy of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Passports. These are used to test training standards and ensure competency in given areas.
